Grow with TOROW,
project after project.
At TOROW, every analyst is supported by a business manager and an R&K, from their first interview through every step of their career. Here is how we recruit, support and develop our teams.
The R&Ks are the guardians of the temple.
At TOROW, human resources are called the R&Ks (Resource & Knowledge). They recruit, onboard, support and develop every analyst.
On a project, the client's expectations, commercial considerations and your own don't always point in the same direction. Your R&K is there to safeguard your interests: your workload, your well-being, your development. They are your point of support, independent of the commercial relationship.
Four conversations, one collective decision.
We want to understand who you are as much as what you can do. Every candidate receives a clear answer, including when it is a no.
