Reporting to the Head of TOROW's sales activity, your role is to support the company's growth as a Business Engineer on the following activities:

● Sales:

· Prospecting and developing your business with new clients in the Paris region

· Managing and retaining your client portfolio

· Developing a sales strategy

● Recruitment:

· Identifying resources to meet your clients' project needs on job boards (candidate sourcing) in collaboration with the Resources & Knowledge team

· Conducting recruitment interviews independently and challenging candidates

· Identifying a candidate's skills and matching them to a project with a client

● Management:

· Accompanying consultants from recruitment to project completion

· Supervising and managing consultants with the help of your manager

· Identifying a consultant's desired career path and supporting them in achieving their goals

Your profile

Holding a higher education degree (MA or equivalent) from an Engineering or Business School, you have previous experience in a similar position (permanent contract or internship). You have a commercial temperament and enjoy a challenge. You are ready to take on the challenge and support a young company in developing its business. You are comfortable speaking in public and have an unparalleled sense of interpersonal relationships. You are curious by nature and are ready to discover new areas of activity.
